Booklet and Catalog Printing for Greensboro

Some messages need more than a single sheet: a full product line, an employee handbook, an event program or an annual report. We print and bind booklets for businesses and organizations across Greensboro and the Triad, from a few dozen copies to several thousand.

What we print

  • Product catalogs and price books
  • Employee handbooks, training manuals and workbooks
  • Event, church and school programs
  • Annual reports and company overviews
  • Instruction booklets and product guides

Binding options

The right binding depends on page count and how the booklet will be used.

Saddle stitch

Pages are folded and stapled along the spine. It's the most affordable choice for programs, small catalogs and newsletters. Page counts need to be a multiple of 4 (8, 12, 16 and so on).

Perfect binding

Pages are glued into a square spine, like a paperback. Good for thicker catalogs and annual reports, and the spine can carry a title.

Coil or wire binding

The booklet lies flat when open, so it suits manuals, workbooks and anything people read while they work.

Planning your booklet

  • Count pages early. For a stapled booklet, round up to the next multiple of 4. A blank page or notes page can fill the gap.
  • Pick a heavier cover. A thicker cover stock holds up better than using the same paper throughout.
  • Match the press to the quantity. Digital is usually the better buy for short runs. Offset becomes cheaper per copy as quantities grow. We'll quote whichever saves you more.
  • Check the proof. You'll approve a proof before we print, so page order and images are right before the run starts.

Store and reorder

Printing catalogs in larger quantities lowers the cost per copy, but they take up space. With our fulfillment service, we store your printed booklets and ship them to you or your customers as needed.
